Terms of service
MV Public Relations Ltd ("MVPR", "we") operates CRM Builder. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
These terms apply when you or your organisation use CRM Builder at crm-builder.com. When you create a workspace or tick "I accept", you accept them for your organisation, and you confirm that you may do so. The privacy policy says how we handle personal data.
1. The service
CRM Builder is a signal-first CRM. It records the signals of the people who engage with your content and your outreach, scores them, and follows each company through your funnel. It can draft messages, classify contacts and connect to the tools that you choose. We can change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature that you pay for, we tell you first.
2. Access during the invite-only period
For now, you need an invite code to create a workspace. A code is for the person or the team that we sent it to. Do not share it or sell it. While access is invite-only, the service is in an early release: we work to keep it available and correct, but some features can change or stop without notice.
3. Accounts
- The person who creates a workspace is its first admin. An admin can add and remove team members and change the settings.
- Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your sign-in safe, and tell us at once if you think that someone else used it.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members and your connected AI agents do.
4. Your data
- You own your data. The contacts, companies, signals, messages and content in your workspace are yours. We use them only to give you the service, as the privacy policy says.
- You need the right to use it. You must have a lawful basis to hold the personal data that you put in CRM Builder, and to contact the people in it. You must obey the data protection and marketing laws that apply to you.
- Our data processing terms apply. Where we process personal data for you, we do it as your processor, under our data processing terms. Ask us for a copy.
- You can export and delete it. You can export your contacts, and an admin can delete contacts or ask us to delete the workspace.
5. Connected tools and AI agents
- You can connect tools such as LinkedIn, a mailbox, a calendar, a call recorder, Attio or HubSpot. You must obey the terms of each tool that you connect. Data then passes between CRM Builder and that tool on your instruction.
- You can connect an AI agent through our MCP connection. Only a workspace admin can connect one, with the permissions that the admin approves. The agent acts for you, and you are responsible for what you ask it to do.
- We are not responsible for a third-party tool, its availability or its changes.
6. AI output
CRM Builder uses AI to draft, classify and summarise. AI output can be wrong. Review a draft before you send it, and check a classification before you rely on it. You are responsible for the messages that you send.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use CRM Builder to:
- send spam, or messages that break the law or the terms of the channel that carries them.
- collect or use personal data with no lawful basis.
- harass, deceive or impersonate a person.
- break into, overload or copy the service, or get around a limit, such as a rate limit or a spend cap.
- resell the service, unless we agree in writing.
If you break these rules, we can suspend your workspace. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.
8. Credit and payment
- Prepaid credit. Paid steps, such as enrichment, scrapes and AI work, use credit. You buy credit on the Billing page. The page shows the price before you pay.
- Starter credit. A new workspace can get free starter credit, 1 time for each person and each company. It has no cash value, and we can change or stop it.
- Automatic top-up. If you turn it on, we charge your saved payment method when your credit falls below the level that you set. You can turn it off at any time.
- Taxes. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes, which we add where the law requires.
- No credit. When your credit runs out, paid steps stop until you top up. Your data stays.
9. Our intellectual property
We own CRM Builder, its software and its design. These terms give you the right to use it during your subscription. They do not give you any other right in it. If you send us feedback, we can use it with no duty to you.
10. Confidentiality and security
We keep your workspace data confidential, and we protect it as the privacy policy says. We tell you without undue delay if a security incident affects your data.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law does not let us limit.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount that you paid us in those 12 months.
- The service is given "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of faults or always available.
12. Ending the service
- You can stop at any time. An admin can ask us to close the workspace.
- We can end your access with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms.
- After your account closes, we delete your workspace data on request, within 90 days. Export your data before you ask.
13. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you use the service after a change, you accept it.
14. Law
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.
